Dr. Roesch earned his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1989. He completed his Internal Medicine at the Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore in 1990 and served his vascular & interventional radiology fellowship and residency and vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

His memberships include the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society and Society of Interventional Radiology.

Dr. Roesch was board-certified by the American Board of Radiology in diagnostic radiology in 1994 and joined the Vista Radiology team in 1996.
