Jacob T. DePolo, M.D.

Dr. DePolo completed an Independent Interventional Radiology Residency at Duke University Medical Center.  He was Chief Resident at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville while attending his Diagnostic Radiology Residency with Early Specialization in Interventional Radiology. While there, he was awarded the Kenneth A. Rule leadership award.

He received his Doctor of Medicine from Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Biology.

Dr. DePolo is a member of several professional organizations including the Society of Interventional Radiology, American College of Radiology,  Association of University Radiologists, Radiological Society of North America, American College of Physicians, and the American Medical Association.

His specific areas of interest are minimally invasive, image-guided procedures with a focus on interventional oncology including catheter directed embolization and percutaneous ablation therapies, musculoskeletal interventions including catheter directed embolization and percutaneous ablation therapies, pulmonary arterial interventions including catheter directed thrombectomy and treatment of arteriovenous malformations, men’s and women’s health, portal interventions, and venous disease.

Dr. DePolo is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and joined the Vista Radiology team in 2024.
